Essential Habits for Do More Good® Leaders

Session Title: Essential Habits for Do More Good® Leaders
Facilitator: JD Messinger

Session Description: Every person is a being of infinite power and potential, but this power can only be harnessed by going within and becoming the master of one’s mind, thoughts, and beliefs. The journey begins within our minds, for as Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can or can’t, you are correct.” What we think, we become. This workshop will help you understand and improve the three most important habits for being a Do More Good® Leader: being mindful, present, and trusting your intuition. You will learn the powers and abilities of the most powerful supercomputer in the world that rests on your shoulders. It is a million times more powerful than a MacBook Pro. Although it is our greatest asset, it is also a significant liability, for within the mind exists our fears, the sources of suffering, and a host of labels and paradigms that limit our potential and understanding of ourselves. After understanding the essence of our brain, thoughts, filters, and trauma, you will learn and practice simple techniques to help improve focus and productivity, reduce anxiety, and expand creativity. Join us, and together, we will go beyond fear and doubt, discover the source of inspiration, and shatter the illusions that limit the possibilities.

  • Understand the robust R.O.I. for harnessing the power that lies within.
  • Realize the power of our brain and subconscious mind, including the frontal cortex, amygdala, and brain filters.
  • Discover your ability to sense and receive information and expand awareness.
  • Learn how fear and trauma create tapes that block conscious decision-making.
  • Learn the difference between being mindful and present and which comes first.
  • Expand your mindfulness and presence quotient.
  • Grasp simple techniques to clear the mind, focus, and increase productivity.
  • Discover the 5 Keystone Habits

Who should attend? All audiences. This session is ideal for anyone interested in elevating their leadership skills.
Timeslot: March 5, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Maximum Participants: 300

Future Leadership Dialogue: Crafting a Framework for the Do More Good Learning Journey

Session Title: Future Leadership Dialogue: Crafting a Framework for the Do More Good Learning Journey
Facilitator: Mercedes Martin

Session Description: The world is shifting—and so must leadership. In a landscape where 75% of employees expect their leaders to address societal challenges and 68% of consumers choose brands that align with their values, traditional leadership approaches no longer suffice. Leaders of the future must navigate complexity, foster collaboration, and prioritize sustainability while driving innovation.

This session invites you to co-create that future. Inspired by Dr. Kemper’s Good Dividends and aligned with the principles of the Do More Good® Network, Conscious Capitalism, and Certified B Corps, this interactive dialogue explores the leadership mindsets and actions required to thrive in an interconnected, value-driven world.

We’ll begin with a brief overview of key insights, including findings from our traveler survey that reveal what leaders and organizations need most to inspire change. Then, through collaborative dialogue circles, we’ll uncover stories, strategies, and perspectives that will shape a cutting-edge leadership learning journey launching after the ROI of Why Conference.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the leadership attributes required for a future shaped by purpose, equity, and resilience.
  • Explore key insights from the traveler survey to identify emerging leadership challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate to create actionable insights and narratives that influence the upcoming learning journey.

Desired Outcomes:

  • A shared vision for future leadership that prioritizes societal value, adaptability, and collective well-being.
  • Actionable participant insights to guide the foundational learning journey’s content and design.
  • A strengthened network of leaders committed to designing solutions for a complex, values-driven future.

This isn’t just a dialogue—it’s a movement. Let’s shape the leadership the world needs now.
