Nash Mahupete who is originally from Zimbabwe, serves as a member of QLI’s Executive Leadership Team, a 211 private residential rooms across five distinct levels of care, and more than 450 team members. He leads talented individuals whose mission is to provide life-changing rehabilitation and care for young adults who have had their lives altered
by a catastrophic brain, spinal cord injury, and chronic pain. Nash has a passion for leadership and personal development, and mentors many of QLI’s growing leaders. QLI has been recognized as a perennial overall Best Place to Work in Omaha. Nash enjoys his role at QLI where he helps recruit, build, and retain phenomenal team members and builds a healthy work culture in which these team members can thrive. This is the same approach he takes in his own Leadership Coaching business, Dream Catcher. Nash is
a published author whose body of work from his book, Dream Catcher: A Passion For People Development has been adopted by several businesses to optimize succession planning. Along with that passion for developing people, Nash has built a business to help provide affordable Workforce Housing in Omaha—Black Swan Homes.
