As a Thruline Networks Managing Director and Executive Advisor, Jeff takes a unique quantitative approach to problem-solving and establishing stakeholder congruence
in a variety of scenarios. Prior to joining Thruline Networks, he held a variety of c-level positions in the financial services sector. He has served as CEO of a fintech company; COO of a multi-billion dollar equity long/short hedge fund; and led a number of private financings in technology, clean energy, agriculture and telecommunications.
As a United States Naval Officer from June 1977 through June 1983, Jeff served as a Flag Lieutenant and Aide to Commander Naval Base San Diego/San Francisco, and
as Operations Officer, Navigator and Communications Officer onboard USS St. Louis (LKA 116). Jeff is an avid reader, Eagle Scout, ordained Presbyterian minister and an accomplished national-level tennis player. In his free time he has supported the Special Olympics, and has volunteered for the past five years playing tennis with inmates at San Quentin State Prison.
